The thermal deformation conditions of aluminum plate include deformation temperature, deformation speed and thermal deformation. High temperature deformation heat treatment of the same alloy under different thermal deformation conditions will have different effects.
1. Therefore, in order to improve the effect of high temperature thermomechanical treatment, the deformation speed should be reduced. In all conventional pressure machining methods, the speed of extrusion deformation is relatively low, and it is easier to realize high-temperature thermomechanical treatment by extrusion. Under the same deformation temperature and deformation speed, the greater the deformation degree is, the more deformation energy is stored in the metal, which is beneficial to the recrystallization process, so it has an adverse effect on high-temperature thermomechanical treatment.
In short, in order to realize high temperature thermomechanical treatment, it is necessary to adopt reasonable aluminum plate thermal deformation process.
